TLB is proud to be part of the team that was awarded the Federal Aviation Administration Northeast Region “Project of the Year 2004” award for the “Reconstruction of Runway 12-30 at Washington Dulles International Airport”.

In addition, TLB was part of the team that was selected as the Team of the Year (2003) for consistently delivering the Airfield Pavement Panel Replacement project for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in Washington, DC on time and with high quality.
